Boost Fitness is a locally-owned gym with three Massachusetts locations. Group exercise classes include Step, Power (a 60-minute bar bell workout), Centergy (a mind body workout combining yoga, pilates and thai chi), Kick (boxing and martial arts), and Zumba (latin rythm and dance meets aerobics). Basic classes are included in the membership fee but it also offers special programs such as Livestrong Spinning, Boot Camp, Hip Hop Hustle, and TRX Suspension Training for an additional fee. Boost specializes in personal training, but they have all the cardiovascular and weight training options you will need to create your own program. Boost can also be found on Facebook.
