Body Empower is a fitness studio that offers Les Mills fitness classes. The following classes are offered: body pump, a strengthening class using barbells; body flow, a class that combines yoga, tai chi and Pilates to increase strength and flexibility; body combat, a cardio-based work-out that utilizes elements of martial arts like karate and boxing; body step, a cardio step work-out; and Sh'Bam, a dance class.
