Since 1967 Baxter's Boat House has been THE PLACE to go for fresh seafood, great atmosphere and unparellelled views of Lewis Bay. Built entirely on pilings, customers are welcome to tie their boat up to the restaurant. If you're looking for a tasty lunch or dinner after a day at the beach or a day on Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard, Baxter's is it. They are closed for the winter, but Baxter's will re-open in April 2011.
