Barking Dog Bar & Grill opened its doors in December of 2003. Co owners Jeff Nahas and Greg Haley have lived in the Amesbury area for the past ten years and wanted to create a local restaurant that welcomed families and friends to gather, relax and enjoy good food with friendly service. Our knowledgeable staff prides themselves on making your experience unique and fun.

Friendly happy atmosphere and they are very welcoming! We walked in and instantly found a seat and they gave us our drinks within minutes of ordering :) the food options and prices are great too:)

Dumb name for a place that's not dog friendly. Not impressed by ambiance. Did not make any efforts to stay nor did they attempt to accommodate with the outdoor seating visibly available.
