B. Good is a unique fastfood phenomenon with eight locations throughout Boston. Founders Anthony and Jon (friends since the sixth grade) founded the restaurants in order to tap the unpretentious atmosphere and super-convenience of fastfood, but with a nutritionally sound, gourmet sensibility -- in their own words, "We loved fastfood but we hated the way it made us feel."
All their burgers use all-natural beef -- locally raised, ground in-house, and shaped into patties at the last possible moment. The content of their smoothies and salads is also in tune with local agriculture, changing throughout the year to include only what's in season and locally available. B. Good's greasy-spoon style open kitchen and self-service soda machine are aesthetic decisions.
