Having been saved from demolition this 1826 architectural gem has been lovingly restored to its glory. The estate is owned by the Town of Millbury, and its preservation and restoration is funded by a dedicated group of volunteers known as the Friends of the Asa Waters Mansion (a non-profit 501.c. organization).
