The Armenian Church of the Holy Translators is located in downtown Framingham. The Church is part of the Armenian Apostolic Orthodox Church. and is a parish of the Eastern Diocese of the Armenian Church of America, which was established in 1898.
Originally, members of this church began gathering for worship in parishioners' homes. In September 1998, the Sisters of St. Joseph at Bethany Hill in Framingham offered the parish space. In November 2001, the parish purchased the former Park Street Baptist Church, where members continue to gather today.
The spiritual leader of the church is Pastor Rev. Fr. Krikor A. Sabounjian. The church holds breakfasts, pot luck dinners, and Wednesday night discussions. There is a youth group for ages 8-12, and an Armenian School.
