Located in Westwood, Mass., the Day Habilitation Program of South Norfolk County Arc offers a range of rehabilitative services for people who suffer from developmental disabilities. The program is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities, which is a private, nonprofit organization founded in 1966. Operational for more than 50 years, South Norfolk County Arc provides a range of social and recreational opportunities, such as basketball, football and dancing classes. It additionally conducts adult educational classes in yoga, cooking, exercise and painting. South Norfolk County Arc also offers several family support services, including respite care.
