Based on 2003 net broadcast revenue, Radio One is the seventh largest radio broadcasting company in the United States. Primarily targeting African-American and urban listeners, Radio One owns and operates nearly 70 radio stations located in more than 22 urban markets in the United States, reaching approximately 13 million listeners every week. Radio One also programs XM 169 on XM Satellite Radio. The XM station, known as The Power, features several talk shows that cover topics that relate to African-American life. In addition to operating the aforementioned radio stations, the company also owns Reach Media, TV One and BlackAmericaWeb.com.
