The Twin Towers is a set of large, twin apartment buildings in downtown Silver Spring. Apartments start at $1,160 a month for studios and two-bedrooms go for $1,820. It has both commercial and residential housing and offers features such as a fitness center, swimming pool and floor-to-ceiling windows.
