HistoryWe first opened November 17, 2003 in Olney. We have a total of 12 machines, including 1 stepper for a total of 24 stations. We had the privilege of installing CurvesSmart in 2008 as well, giving members moment-to-moment feedback on workout intensity, calorie burn, heart rate, and proper range of motion. In 2011 we introduced Curves Circuit with Zumba: classes that combine the Curves Circuit with the fun music and dance moves of Zumba! Yoll tone up, burn hundreds of calories and have so much fun you won't even realize yore working out! In 2012 we launched our new diet plan, Curves Complete. This new innovative COMPLETE approach is as easy as 1, 2, 3! Exercise, Meal Plans, AND Coaching with a 1-on-1 certified Cleveland Clinic Coach all in ONE place! Starting in 2014, we also have been offering a variety of fun classes combined with the Circuit: low impact cardio classes, body conditioning classes, cardio kick classes and more.SpecialtiesCurves is a facility specially designed for women, by women. It features a complete 30 minute workout that is fun, safe, and that fits into anyone's schedule. We offer classes that focus on cardio, toning, and strengthening. Come join us!
