History
When Kathy was in her 30's she became the proud owner and mom to Topper, (Top Hat and Tails, his registered kennel name) her first bearded collie show dog. In honor of Topper, Kathy opened Top Hat & Tails Grooming Salon, in honor of Topper, who brought her a life of pride and joy. Keeping her passion for animals and grooming alive, Kathy hopes to utilize her grooming expertise for your cat or dog.
