We take pleasure in inviting you to join the Temple Beth Ami family. Founded in 1971, we have sought to be an open, inclusive congregation, encouraging all our member families to find their way to active involvement. The purpose of the Temple is to promote the enduring and fundamental principles of Reform Judaism and to ensure the continuity of the Jewish people. The basic unit of the congregation is the family; construed to mean singles, couples and parents and children. We extend a warm welcome to interreligious couples and encourage them to participate fully in the life of the Congregation. Over the years, we have become very much of an extended family, always making room for new "family", helping each other, sharing our joys and our sorrows. We pride ourselves in being a community.
