Steve is a United States Marine Veteran and owner of S&S Property Services. He has over 10 years experience in the real estate and rental industry. Steve realized how much he truly enjoys managing rentals after he invested in and ran his own rental properties. In pursuit of his love for real estate, Steve took classes and sought the education to become a licensed real estate agent. After obtaining his Maryland license and dabbling as a realtor, he realized his heart was in rentals. In 2015, he decided to offer his expertise and start managing other owner's properties. Property by property, word of mouth helped build Steve's portfolio to what it is today.
