Welcome to Seneca Cannery Antique Mall, Havre de Grace's largest multi-dealer store. We are located in a 20,000 sq ft post-Civil War brick and stone building which is listed on the National Register. The original interior and exterior walls are still visible, as well as the post and beam support structure. The front brick foundation dates to about 1875, while the rear stone may date to the 1830's. The Seneca brothers, using the Red Cross and Flora labels, opened and operated a tomato cannery on the first floor of the building. Cans and products for packing were also manufactured. In 1891, the second floor was converted to a hosiery mill producing 700 dozen pairs of seasonal hose per week. During the Spanish American War, 1898, the US Government bought Red Cross brand canned goods from the Seneca Factory. We invite you to visit us for a large selection of antiques and collectibles. Spend your time leisurely browsing thru two floors of vintage linens, furniture, pottery, china, costume jewelry, antiques and much, much more. Our dealers are always searching for something new and special to make your treasure hunting exciting and fun.
