Business ran under the name LNK Pilates 2007-2016. Expanded to SDK Pilates in 2016 and added therapeutic yoga.

We offer equipment based Pilates and Therapeutic Yoga in small group settings. We specialize in post-rehabilitation, restorative care and athletic conditioning to prevent overuse injury.
