Quince Orchard Park II Condo is a quaint neighborhood that is tucked away behind Orchard Ridge Drive. The organization sells and rents condos. It has a community center that offers a pool, a basketball court and an area for communal functions complete with ready to use picnic tables and BBQ pits. It is currently building volleyball courts and intends on introducing a new set of homes called the Vistas.
