Personal Power Fitness originated and first surfaced at the end of 2009 as an In-Home Personal Training company that out grew the nature of that industry and has led us to become a fitness studio since 2012. We are now dedicated to a Premium Small Group Personal Training experience that has maintained a 90% retention rate with all our members. Team training is a more cost effective way to get personalized attention from a certified trainer in a small group. You can expect your trainer constantly running around cueing form, providing easier and/or harder variation for each exercise as well and modification. SMART Team Training is a new concept in the fitness industry in which one of our certified instructors uses tools including kettlebells, sand bags, ropes, medicine balls, TRX's, and other FUN equipment. This type of training is a great way to shake things up and give you a full body workout, burn a ton of calories, and get your metabolism revving. Each work out is designed to meet the needs of people of all fitness levels. Each person has their own consultation and fitness assessment with one of our trainers. From there, we sit down and design and individual fitness program that includes a nutrition meal plan. During the sessions a trainer will instruct each person to follow their program, motivate and properly cue for form and adjust the work out if necessary to avoid injuries. We can confidently say that through our programming and corrective exercise techniques, our members often holistically solve most injuries or pains they have.
