North Beach Volunteer Fire Department is a nonprofit organization protecting life and property of residents in North Beach area of Maryland. Its fleet includes fire engines, rescue vehicle, command automobile, brush, ambulances, utility truck and cars. The department offers various types of training to volunteers, which include general fire fighter and aircraft rescue fire fighter training. Its members include fire officers, engineers, rescue officers and administrative officers. It also organizes recreational activities and undertakes community-based programs. Its Web site offers merchandise, which includes helmets, sweatshirts, tools, stickers, mugs and books. North Beach Volunteer fire department was established in 1926, and is located in Chesapeake Beach, Md.
