History

Captain Paul Foer, a Washington DC native grew up sailing and boating on the Chesapeake and has been a yacht charter captain, sailing coach and consultant since 1979, sailing up and down the East Coast, Bahamas, Caribbean and Gulf of Mexico. Licensed by the US Coast Guard as a master captain since 1980, he is also an American Sailing Association certified instructor. In 2015 he began restoring
