Maryvale complements its mix of races, ethnicities and cultures with a total French immersion program that prepares students to understand, speak, read and write French by the time they graduate fifth grade. The school offers diverse programs to meet the academic needs of students at different ages, including the county's preschool program--as well as Head Start, a pre-kindergarten autism program, and Linkages to Learning. Other programs provide behavioral interventions and support and identify high-achieving students held back by poverty and other factors.
