Minority Access is a non-profit organization that seeks to help diversify workplaces and schools by providing technical assistance to those sites and by supporting minorities.
It is also is working with the Office of Minority Health, the National Center on Minority Health and Health Disparities of the National Institutes of Health to bridge the health gap through the education and scholastic promotion of minorities.
Minority Access was incorporated in January 1995 in Washington, D.C. It later moved its headquarters to Hyattsville. Andrea Mickle is President and CEO of Minority Access. Dr. Samuel L. Myers is Chairman and Senior Education Advisor.
