The Mindfulness Practice Group of Annapolis is a welcoming community dedicated to supporting each other in meditation practices. Established nearly two decades ago, the group follows the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh and celebrates the diversity of meditation practices among its members.
Peer-led and lay-led, the group meets weekly for silent meditation, discussions, and beginner-friendly sessions on mindfulness and meditation. As a supporting sangha of the Unitarian Universalist Buddhist Fellowship, the Mindfulness Practice Group offers a space for individuals to cultivate mindfulness and happiness.
