Mil-Mar & Sons Builders, Inc. is a family owned and operated construction company. Mil-Mar began constructing custom new residential homes across the Southern Maryland when our family moved to La Plata, MD in 1968. When our parents, the original owners of Mil-Mar retired, the siblings continued to own and operate the business, as Mil-Mar & Sons Builders, Inc. We take pride in all of the homes that we build. We value our customers, and customer satisfaction has always been our number one goal. We are very proud to say we are still serving customers throughout the tri county area today.
Specialties
We specialize in residential custom new homes. We also offer estimates for additions, home improvements, renovations, decks, basements. We provide free estimates. We have house plans that you may review, or we will prepare a free estimate from a house plan that you provide to us.
