Located in Baltimore, Maryland Institute has been operational for more than 100 years. It is one of the leading providers of arts education in the United States. The institute enrolls more than 3,500 undergraduate and graduate students annually and has over 250 faculty members. Maryland Institute offers associate and certificate degrees in various areas, such as fine and liberal arts, ceramics, mechanical drawing, painting, printmaking, general sculptural studies, media communication and management, and experimental animation.
