Metropolitan Associates Development Corporation is a property management company that develops and manages HUD subsidized apartments for senior citizens and multi-families. Currently they manage two elderly complexes, one of which is Longwood on Goreland Forth in Columbia.
Longwood sits at the very end of Goreland Forth in a secluded community off a cul-de-sac. Metropolitan has a suite of offices on the premise and oversees the group that runs the day-to-day operations of Longwood.
