Ginza Japanese offers diners more than just a meal. The teppanyaki style of cooking places guests directly at the grill, and interaction with the chef makes it just as much a show as a meal. Guests can expect to sit with one or more other groups, and the chef will rely on standbys such as the onion volcano and the always-popular shrimp-flip, usually directly into a guest's mouth. In addition to its more formal, traditional dinners, Ginza offers a lunch buffet consisting of sushi and other Japanese favorites.
