Impact Fitness offers group and 1 on 1 personal fitness training specialized in achieving the goal of being fit and healthy. We make the goal of achieving fitness and health attainable and affordable for everybody. Regardless of your fitness level and experience we will develop a plan specific for you to achieve those goals. Impact Fitness has taken the love of fitness and comprised a way to make working out safe, fun, intense enough to have results but user friendly enough to love the burn and keep on coming back. At Impact we believe you should enjoy the process as well as the results. Impact Fitness offers several different options for you to achieve your health, fitness, and wellness goals. We offer specialized programs for those in the later years in life (50 & older), for those who want to get or stay fit healthy and well, for those just learning to get fit and healthy, and for those who need daily motivation and/or instruction.
