Dr. Neda Frayha was born in Washington, DC and raised in Rockville, MD. After earning her B.S. in Anthropology from Emory University in Atlanta, GA, she worked in health care consulting for The Advisory Board Company in Washington, DC and then earned her medical degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine in 2006. She completed her Internal Medicine residency and served as chief resident at the University of Maryland Medical Center, where she won the Outstanding Senior Resident Award for Excellence in Teaching. Dr. Frayha has been inducted into national honor societies such as Alpha Omega Alpha and the Gold Humanism Honor Society, and she is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians. Dr. Frayha joined Saint Agnes Medical Group in 2018. She enjoys spending time with her family, listening to podcasts, and trying new restaurants.
