Karen Foley joined First Command Financial Services as a Financial Advisor in January 1998, following four years of service in the United States Army. There, she attained the rank of Captain. A graduate of the University of Akron with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Dietetics, Karen holds Series 6, 63, 65 and 26 securities licenses plus state life and health insurance licenses in Maryland, the District of Columbia, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Wisconsin, Texas, Ohio, Alabama, West Virginia, Colorado, North Carolina and Rhode Island. She is a Certified Financial Planner & Trade certificant and a member of the Financial Planning Association. Karen advocates time-tested financial principles, including disciplined, long-term saving and investing, careful debt management, and a thoughtful insurance strategy to manage financial risk. Through a values-centered approach to financial planning and a client-first philosophy, Karen is committed to helping her clients plan confidently for the future and to accompanying them on their financial journey. A member of the Blessed Sacrament Parish finance committee, Karen enjoys cycling, traveling and gourmet cooking. She is married with two sons.
