Faith United Methodist Church advocates a vibrant Christian education ministry, grounded in God's Word. The goal is to educate church members of Christian faith for personal spiritual growth and renewal in preparation of being a disciple of Jesus Christ.
The church's first service was in 1963 with 42 members. The next year it was officially organized with 99 charter members and a school with more than 100 students. Groundbreaking for the Williamsburg-style sanctuary on 4.5 acres of land was in 1965 and its first service a year later.
The church is a Stephen Ministry Congregation. Members of the ministry are trained to minister and care for people in crisis and in need of care and support.
