Home of the "Big Dozen," Crabland is located on Eastern Boulevard next to its parent company, Fruitland, home of the "Big Bushel." Crabland's owner, who believes that steamed and live crabs don't mix, opened the restaurant in 1999 as a response to customer demand for steamed crabs. The steamers cook crabs, shrimp and crab legs all year round and clams, mussels and oysters in season. The restaurant also has sandwiches, soups, platters, overstuffed subs, homemade salads, wings and pizza. Bulk orders for catering are available for pick-up.
