Established in 1988, the Department of Nursing, a part of Salisbury University, offers undergraduate research, internship and cooperative learning programs. It offers bachelor's and master's degrees in nursing, as well as a postmaster's family nurse practitioner certificate program. The department s baccalaureate and master's programs are approved by the Maryland Board of Nursing, Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education and American Association of Colleges of Nursing.
