Colonial Parking manages the three level parking garage at 2000 Tower Oaks Blvd. Along with car parking, the garage has lockable bike lockers for building residents. The short-term rates start at $2 for the first hour and $4 for two hours and $6 for three hours. The daily maximum is $8 dollars. Monthly rates are available. The garage is open Monday through Friday, and is closed weekends for non-building residents. Since 1953, Colonial has successfully solved and managed parking problems so they are not a problem.
