Salon 4

Salon 4 is a chic, interesting salon on Rollins Avenue, right off of Rockville Pike. The staff is friendly ("tell them we can be described as 'awesome!'", they said), and the waiting area for clients is comfortable and stocked with hair products and magazines to browse. Though the business is large and there are a lot of chairs, it's all airy and well-lit, and the space is divided up nicely. Makeup services can be arranged by appointment.
