Belmont Conference Center, based in Elkridge, Md., was built in 1738 on more than 82-acres of meadows and gardens, surrounded by over 10,000-acres of state forests. Recognized for its culinary excellence, Belmont has hosted Noble Laureates, Fortune 500 executives and political leaders. The mansion and its grounds are available for a wide range of occasions and events, such as corporate retreats, meetings, family gatherings and weddings. The conference rooms are equipped with complete audiovisual and communication equipment and can accommodate up to 50 people. There are also small breakout areas available for individual group discussions and program flexibility. The Manor House, a Georgian colonial mansion and The Dobbin House have more than 15 sleeping rooms, and are decorated with antique furniture and oriental rugs. Each guestroom has climate control, data ports and voice mail programmed telephones.
