Located at 129 Newbury Street in Portland, Maine, Portland Yoga Project offers multiple yoga classes, including yin yoga, vinyasa yoga, prenatal yoga, barre, and restorative yoga, along with retreats and teacher training programs. All skill levels are welcome, from beginners to advanced. Additionally, we host free monthly classes for our community, including queer yoga, BIPOC yoga, yoga in Spanish, and grief yoga. Our membership options include three tiers: unlimited monthly membership (with tiered pricing), a 5-class pass, and drop-in sessions.
