Specialties
The Bayou Kitchen offers breakfast and lunch with a flare for all things Cajun, great pancakes and omelets overflowing with the freshest ingredients. If you like it spicy, be sure to visit the wall of hot sauces! Many of them are local, especially the Captain Mowatt's Canceaux Sauce and the bottles of Lost Woods on every table. Please note that we do not take reservations or offer call-ahead seating. Please send one person in to add your name to the list and provide us with a cell#. You will be called when your table is ready. Also, we cannot accommodate parties larger than 6. Parties of 7 or larger will have to split up and we cannot guarantee that you all will be seated at the same time.
