We came in on a perfect day, mid week. Beautiful beach and not crowded, clean bathrooms and free sunscreen. There's an entrance fee, $8 for adults and $4 for children, $2 seniors, non-residents....

Itzhak's first and last beach in Maine we love Popham the tide pools are amazing for young kids. At high and low tides we are able to walk the sand bar to the island. Will miss Popham Beach

Very large beach, especially during low tide. There are a few large rocks/islands that you can walk out to at low tide and the beach wasn't overcrowded. Not much in the way of sealife by the shore...
