Lisbon Emergency is a non-profit ambulance service that was established in the late 1970s by concerned citizens of Lisbon, Maine. Serving the towns of Bowdoin and Lisbon, they cover a total area of 66 square miles and a population of approximately 12,000. Licensed at the Basic EMT Level by Maine EMS, they provide advanced life support services with their two fully equipped ambulances.
