Camp Good News, located in Livermore Falls, Maine, is a vibrant and spiritually enriching summer and winter camp program operated by Child Evangelism Fellowship (CEF) of Maine. With the generous support of Circle L Camp, Camp Good News offers a range of exciting and safe activities for children and teens, providing them with an opportunity to explore God's creation and learn about the Word of God. Led by a dedicated team of volunteer and full-time staff, Camp Good News aims to create a spiritually profitable and memorable experience for over 900 children each year.
Since its inception in 1970, Camp Good News has grown and expanded its facilities, including the addition of a new building for the state offices of CEF and a camp dining hall. The camp also acquired a nearby 34-acre farm to enhance its ministry. With a focus on teaching the Word of God, Camp Good News offers six weeks of summer camp for children aged 8-13, one week for teens aged 14-17, and four winter weekends for children and one weekend for teens. Through its engaging programs and dedicated staff, Camp Good News continues to make a positive impact on the lives of young individuals in Maine and beyond.
