Dr. Bryant was born in Camden, Maine in 1953, grew up in Searsmont, Maine and graduated from Belfast High School in 1970. He attended the University of Connecticut Undergraduate School and received a Bachelor's Degree in Biology in 1974. From 1974-1978, he attended the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine and received his Doctor of Dental Medicine, D.M.D. In 2000, he passed a national qualifying and met other requirements in continuing education earning him the prestigious Fellowship Award for the Academy of General Dentistry, F.A.G.D. Fewer than 10 percent of general dentists receive this award. He is also a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. Outside of work Dr. Bryant enjoys almost any kind of outdoor activity; including hiking, scuba diving, water skiing, downhill and cross-country skiing. Dr. Bryant also volunteers at the Root Cellar, an inner city clinic in Portland, Maine.
