Calcasieu Refining Company is located in Lake Charles, La. With a location midway between the important ports on the Gulf, Calcasieu has deepwater barge access to major markets, both for acquisition of crude oil feedstock and transportation of refined products. In addition to deepwater barging advantages, two major product pipeline systems have terminal facilities within 3-miles of Calcasieu. Calcasieu Refining operates two barge docks. The docking facilities can accommodate two sets of barge vessels simultaneously for loading all refined products and unloading crude oil. It also provides truck rack facilities for truck loading of products and crude oil into the refinery. Crude storage capacity at Calcasieu Refining Company totals over 300,000-barrels and total crude and product storage capacity is currently more than 750,000-barrels. Major refinery products offered by the company include kerosene, diesel, atmospheric residuals and Jet-A fuel, including high sulfur-dyed diesel, regular mineral spirits and diesel-tug fueling.
