Manda Fine Meats was founded in 1947 as Manda Brothers Provision Company. The company began as a meat provision distribution business, offering service and products to customers throughout south Louisiana. The meat products offered by the company include various varieties of smoked sausages, Cajun andouille, boudin, and a variety of Cajun deli meats, including cooked roast beef, spicy turkey breast, and smoked hams. Manda Fine Meats operates with three state-of-the-art processing facilities and one modern distribution facility. Manda meat products are distributed to more than 30 states. The company can store more than 1,700 pallets in a temperature-controlled facility with over 23,000-square-foot space and seven automated dock doors. Manda Fine Meats is located in Baton Rouge, La.
