Lawrence (Larry) R. Anderson, Jr., a native of Homer, is admitted to practice law before all Louisiana state courts and also is admitted to practice law before all United States District Courts in Louisiana, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. He has concentrated his practice of law in the areas of bankruptcy (debtor and creditor), heavy trucker downtime damage claims, construction claims, business reorganization, sales, formation, and litigation and commercial law and litigation. Mr. Anderson has had extensive experience in the courts in this state, including the state, federal, and bankruptcy courts, involving trials and appeals of many different legal issues. He has been a frequent lecturer at seminars on bankruptcy, foreclosure, collections, and insolvency-related legal issues and has had extensive experience in representing debtors and creditors in Chapter 11, 13, and 7 bankruptcy cases.
