History
Starting on the corner of Ryan and Prien Lake, a good location with a deli sandwich selection and a holiday menu of spiral glazed hams and turkeys to get our name on the map. We quickly out grew the location and moved just down the street, this opened the door for more menu items and a catering service. Happily owned and established by a fourth generation family of farmers that decided to put on our big boy pants and try out the city. We offer farm to table boiled and live crawfish, and a family boudin recipe that we had to peel from our mothers hands to be able to use.
Specialties
Known for our Holiday Menu, we have decided to add a Cajun twist. Boudin, Cracklins, BBQ, and boiled Crawfish. All of our recipes are family kept secrets for the past 35 years and we would not mind putting them up to the test. Stop in and give us a try, order online and pick up at the drive thru.
