Central Catholic High School
Central Catholic High School, founded by the Marianite Sisters of the Holy Cross, is a Catholic secondary school, owned and operated by the Diocese of Houma-Thibodaux. Central Catholic High School serves the Catholic population of the Diocese of Houma-Thibodaux, Catholic families in East St. Mary Parish and in neighboring communities in Louisiana. It enrolls students in grades seven through 12. The school s academic curriculum includes reading and language arts, mathematics, science, social studies and English. It also offers various clubs and activities, including athletics, bands, baseball, basketball, basketball, cheerleading, cross-country, dance team, flag raisers, and football clubs. It also offers history bee, library club, National Honor Society, softball, student council, swim team, tennis, track, volleyball and yearbook and various publications clubs.
