Desperately seeking salad in the land of seven sins, Gia DiLeo launched Green to Go. Crafting a fresh alternative with organically grown, locally sourced, fresh ingredients, and knowing there were others seeking the same, Gia got on her bike and rode around town, delivering her handcrafted meals. Yay!

Green To Go is a local family owned food business. We are open for breakfast and lunch serving organic and locally grown, caught, manufactured, filtered, brewed and bottled ingredients. We make our food fresh every day, including all of our salad, soups, wraps and breakfast items.
