History
Owner and head coach began personal training one-on-one clients in Summer of 2015 by renting space in local gyms. In 2016 we had the ability to open at our own location with our own very passionate coaching staff.
Specialties
Every class is led by a CrossFit L-1 trainer. Classes are one hour long. You will be led through a warm-up, stretch, strength and the days workout. Coaches will demonstrate and help you modify movements as needed. Keep your body guessing and get endless results. CrossFit is great for both beginners or someone just looking for a new physical challenge. Our community makes it fun but the workouts will absolutely challenge you. We've accomplished great results with weight loss, fat loss, endurance and strength.
