Originally founded in Maurice, La 1994 by Chris and Twyla LaChaussee, we quickly moved to Baton Rouge where we have grown to be considered one the nation's premier provider of Sausages, Turducken, Deboned Chickens, Stuffed Pork and Chops, Highest Quality Steaks, Smoked and Cured Products. Pulling from our Cajun roots and recipes we are now proud to offer our quality assortment to the New Orleans market. As a winner of countless national awards our peers revere us, and we're eager to share our outstanding product line to our new customers in New Orleans, and throughout Metairie, Baton Rouge, and the Mississippi Gulf coast.
